The cell delivery van is the cell version of the delivery van. It uses scrap metal for protection from freaks and has a form of plow on the front. It can be found around pacific city but is more common in the east of Hope Srings (around the rooftop tactical location). Another place to look for it is on the highway from green bay to unity hights as several cell vehicles spawn along there through out the game. It is currently unknown what the delivery van was made from as non of the civillians are seen using one the ressembles it. However it is possible it was used during the 10 years between crackdown and crackdown 2 meaning it was likely scraped or dumped before the event of crackdown 2
