The SCUD Launcher is a massive 8-wheeled behemoth used by the Volk in the Den. It can easily be identified from a distance by its massive size, And large missile mounted on the top, Despite having a missile, It is purely decoration as the vehicle does not have any special functions. Like most vehicles, Despite it looks like it can carry four or five soldiers it only carries a total of two.

- It is modelled after the real-life MAZ-7310, Although this vehicle is commonly referred to as simply "Scud Launcher" in real life as well.
- It does not reappear in Crackdown 2 entirely, But the vehicle reappearances without it’s missile and is renamed Battle Bus and often seen with its other variant with multiple turrets mounted on it.
- It cannot be impounded in the Agency Tower for understandable reasons.
- It is the largest vehicle to the Military Flatbed in both first and second game.
- It's max speed is 90.
