The Kokov Diktat is the standard pistol for Los Muertos and the Volks members, it is usually ineffective unless shot at the head or appendages, which then it can incapacitate or instantly kill a gang member. It has a relatively low clip size, which makes it a more hinder to "Aim for the head" strategy. This Gun though being easy to find and easy to replenish its ammo, It iss the weakest gun and will shorten the lifespan of the Agent or Npcs with regular health using it.
