"Managing Director Wang I assume?" - the Director of the Agency
Zuang Lun Wang is the Managing Director and kingpin of Shai-Gen. He is located at his skyscraper known as Corridor Tower, home to the biggest building in Pacific City.

"Wang is Pacific City's most prominent yet enigmatic occupant. The Managing Director of Shai-Gen has rarely been seen or heard. His capabilities are unbounded though, and there is speculation that typically concerns his use of the dark arts to fuel his phenomenal success and to empower his deadly Kiao-Lung Guards.
While speculation is rapid, facts about this figure are almost non-existent. Only now that Wang is prepared to engage with the Agency do we know the location of his headquarters: the skyscraper in the Corridor's main square.

Description[]
The final member of the triumvirate of evil is Zuang Lun Wang, a mysterious and powerful mastermind who rules the north-eastern island of Pacific City known as the Corridor. Wang’s organization is sophisticated and focuses on white-collar crimes, and to that end it has virtually taken the City over. Whereas Garcia and Golyak surround themselves with muscle, Wang exercises his power through a staff of brilliant scientists and tacticians. He controls all information going to and from the Corridor and enforces his will from distance. No one has ever seen him that hints to Wang rarely ever making a liking to appearance in public.
Early Life and Rise[]
Not much is known about Wang or how he managed to build his corporation the way it is, but whats known is behind the scenes when not doing any business he is a good-natured peaceful old man. An extremely intelligent and devious opponent at times, and is very respectful to his own culture as seen in his home. However due to this it makes Wang a very dangerous person to not be underestimated with, not just because he's the Crime Lord of a major faction but due to him having power and connections all over the island of Pacific City. Also being rumoured to know some of the dark arts to use some of it to fuel his success, and even power his Kiao-Lung Guards. He was one of the most wealthiest at the time people in the city and became very infamous, it is unknown how long Shai-Gen has been around but what is known is they did found the Agency. Building a reputation in the Corridor and all over pacific city for being the government of sorts after being acquired previously by a government. It is unknown what happened to the previous government that funded Shai-Gens creation, but it is assumed they either dropped their flags and left or were destroyed by the faction when they reached their peak. After this Shai-Gen became Pacific Cities more darker side of the tale.

Out of all three of Pacific City's kingpins, Wang is widely considered the toughest kingpin in the game. Primarily due to the amount of guards and traps and danger he has in his skyscraper, even if you manage to take down all of his generals he is also guarded by his very own Elite Guards. Forcing your way through all levels of the building doesn't make any sense and it would drastically reduce your chances to succeed. That's it is suggested to use another way The action should start at the Stripey's Café Agency supply point. You can get to the upper parts of Wang skyscraper with a series of leaps. Climb up using red mouldings. Then you will have to kill few guards. Thanks to the chimney inside you will make your way to the roof. Turn toward the neighbouring skyscraper. This is where you target is. Stand exactly like on the picture shown below. Take a run-up and jump. You should catch a hollow in the building wall. Take off up and you will get to a small corridor which will lead you inside. Once you're inside, head up eliminating running up guards along the way. Soon you'll reach a room resembling church interior. There will be huge golden bells inside. You must get at appropriate height to jump to their top. From there, through a hole in the ceiling, you will get to the highest level of the building You will reach a room with characteristic Japanese paper partition walls. Clear the story and head toward the staircase. Regenerate yourself and run up. You will reach the roof, where Wang made a little garden. The boss himself will be staying in the building resembling pagoda. Shoot few rockets at it. Watch out for the running up guards though. In case of too big energy loss, go down to the staircase, reload your weapon, regenerate and return to the roof. Another series of rockets should be sufficient to end the biggest crime organization in Pacific City.

When the first or second Beacon in Unity Heights is complete. Charles Goodwin (The Director) mentions stuff that happened 10 years ago in Pacific City that includes mentioning the Shai-Gen Corporation Managing Director Wang before being cut for a second by Cell Leader Catalina Thorne to warn the agent about the last few Beacons.
Glitches[]
- Sometimes when the Player reaches the top of Corridor Tower, Wang will remain calm for a few seconds despite the Agent being in the area. even with the alarms and reinforcements going off.
Trivia[]
- When Wang is deceased, The clip shows Wang's deceased body being actually cremated and witnessed by Shai-Gen Soldiers.
- He seems to be the age of 70, or 80.
- Both Wang and Ramon "Pistola" Gonzalez are the only Leaders that carry the Watson HE79 Grenadiers.
