The Knowledge Bank is where Melissa Fang-Yin is located. It is found in The Corridor, Aka Unity Heights later in Crackdown 2.

It is mostly used as the eyes for the Shai-Gen Corporation there are some agility orbs and hidden orbs around the area.

In Crackdown 2, after Melissa Fang-Yin's death 10 years ago it is mostly destroyed and also the first Freak lair in Unity Heights to complete. The Freak Lair is beneath the Comms Center at the southeast end of Unity Heights. Head to the end of the wall connected to the cylindrical structure, then move through the opening in the side of structure and drop down to the Freak Lair.
