P.C.N.N, stands for Pacific City News Network, and is the medium for the majority of information passed around Pacific City. The Agency uses P.C.N.N to great extents to influence the citizen's of the city using various methods of propaganda. This inevitably lures the citizen's of Pacific City into a false sense of security and strong faith in the Agency.

P.C.N.N television screens can be found throughout Pacific City in Crackdown 2, detailing the progress of The Agency's and Agent's battle against the Freaks and also reminding the citizens of the city of the law. Notable members of P.C.N.N are Chad Stroker, who is encountered via the audio logs found throughout the city in Crackdown 2.

P.C.N.N also appears in the opening cinematic of Crackdown 2, wherein their news reports detail what has happened in Pacific City before the new agent's arrival. Their report snippets show the mass-outbreak of the new freaks as well as Cell escalating their opposition to the agency.
