Hope Tower is a newly built skyscraper located within the main square of Unity Heights. It was built to replace Central Point which was previously inhabited by Colonel Axton Cowell. Hope Tower challenges Agency Tower as the tallest building in Pacific City, overlooking the ruins of the neighbouring The Tower.
