Unity Heights is one of Pacific City's three districts, formerly known as the "Corridor". Unity Heights contains 9 Tactical Locations, 4 Freak Lairs, and 10 Freak Breaches.

Hope Tower
Hope Tower is a newly built skyscraper located within the main square of Unity Heights. It was built to replace Central Point which was previously inhabited by Colonel Axton Cowell. Hope Tower challenges Agency Tower as the tallest building in Pacific City, overlooking the ruins of the neighbouring The Tower.
